I can’t pick just one yeesh!

Clockwise from Top

  1. Betty Rubble: For those who don’t know, growing up in Canada meant watching The Flintstones on CTV, some people go to church, others pray at dawn, for Canadian kids the daily ritual was rushing home at lunch to watch the Flintstones on Channel 2. Now I know there’s a lot of debate between Wilma and Betty (sort of a Kirk v Picard type deal) but consider this: Betty was rumored to be based on Bettie Page. I rest my case
  2. Judy Jetson: She was the sweet little girl next door who dated rock n’ roll idols, jet-skied to school and went through boys like wet tissue paper, Judy was a goer all right. Baby Baby Baby. Ah ah ah. Indeed. Jane was pretty smokin’ hot too
  3. Daphne Blake: Daphne was the catalyst for mystery solving, invariably she would accidentally find the secret panel or switch and put together the clues with Velma. Everybody loooooves Velma, but I like the smart girl with the groovy fashion sense… which seemed to fit just about any decade oddly enough.
  4. Penelope Pitstop: Perhaps the most diabolical of all the Wacky Racers could twist the competition around her little finger without breaking a nail. Later on she got involved with the mob, there was a lot of bondage… sorry got lost in thought there for a bit (strangely enough THE villainous voice actor of The Perils of Penelope Pitstop Paul Lynde went uncredited, mind blown)

The other girls I didn’t draw because I ran outta steam: Jayna (Wonder Twin), Josie, Morticia, Gravity Girl, Agent Honeydew and of course Sedusa

Like I say while working on the fifth one I started getting really tired and just couldn’t draw no mo

(Done with SAI, better / worse you tell me)

*collapse*

I’m still surprised I did this much yesterday, you have no idea

I basically climbed shit mountain at work, went shopping and got stuck on the bus in a blizzard with rolling city wide blackouts then came home and only did this before collapsing into surprisingly deep sleeps

I’m thinking that inking in Inkscape may be the way to go, it’s so much more fluid-y, what do you guys think?

I totally forgot to reblog this yesterday.
